چکیده
Nanofillers can be added to polymers improve their mechanical behaviour. However, the yield behaviour of most polymer composites is influenced by strain rate. The majority research focused on at high rates. This work aims investigate how hydroxyapatite (HAP) and reduced Graphene Oxide (rGO) nanofillers affect properties sulphonated polyetheretherketone (sPEEK) low (tensile compression behaviour) rates (compression behaviour). thermal, mechanical, toughness responses sPEEK filled with HAP varying Mf rGO (0.5%, 1%, 1.5%) different are studied in detail. strong rate effect was seen loaded composites. sensitivity factor sPEEK-HAP/rGO increased but concentration. Under compression, absorbed approximately 4% more energy 1.5% than neat sPEEK. Higher concentration rGo (1.5%) withstood better melt processing, demonstrated excellent integrity inside sPEEK-HAP matrix. Increased density resulted lower composite characteristics, even MFI decreases as increases, which might resolve printing issues. compatibility between particles SEM images.

Introduction: Micro perforated panel (MPP) absorbents promise the next generation of sound absorbers as they have significant advantages over other porous adsorbents. In this study, we will investigate the acoustic performance of MPP absorbents made of biodegradable polylactic acid composite reinforced with natural corkwood fibers (PLA/Corkwood) by 3D printing technology. Material and Methods:...
متن کاملMicrowave dielectric characterisation of 3D-printed BaTiO3/ABS polymer composites
3D printing is used extensively in product prototyping and continues to emerge as a viable option for the direct manufacture of final parts. It is known that dielectric materials with relatively high real permittivity-which are required in important technology sectors such as electronics and communications-may be 3D printed using a variety of techniques. Among these, the fused deposition of pol...
متن کاملInvestigation on Using 3D Printed Liver during Surgery
In this study based on ethnographic methods, we investigated how using a three-dimensional (3D) printed liver influenced doctors during liver resection surgery. Results of the analyses implied that using the 3D printed liver enhanced the construction of elaborate mental models of patients’ livers, the mental simulation of liver resections, and the construction of shared mental models of patient...
متن کاملFiber Line Optimization in Single Ply for 3D Printed Composites
In conventional manufacturing processes of composites, Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) laminates have been made by stacking unidirectional or woven prepreg sheets. Recently, as a manufacturing process of CFRP, 3D printing of CFRP composites has been developed. The 3D printing process of CFRP composites enables us to fabricate CFRP laminates with arbitrary curvilinear fibre plies. This in...
